Making changes.
Decided about a week ago to make some healthy changes to my diet/routine. Initiated these changes on Monday and so far things are going good. I started a food diary to help me keep on track. I’ve really taken a liking to physically writing what I eat down and tracking it that way. I had a MyFitnessPal for a while, but it was too easy to forget about or just blow off all together.
Also on a positive note, I thought my store manager hated me for a while but apparently she wants me to become a manager. Pretty exciting but I honestly don’t know if I can be a manager. We shall see I guess.
